Our aim is simple…

We encourage people to take care of themselves and look out for other people – we strongly believe we all have a part to play in developing our own understanding of Mental Health and Wellbeing. By raising awareness we can reduce the stigma and discrimination that stops people receiving the help, care, support and intervention that they need.

Wellness For All was founded by Kate Moxley in 2019 following on from her work raising mental health awareness locally and nationally and with multi-sector experience of working with individuals  businesses and organisations. Kate combines her personal lived experience of mental health issues, her role as a Mental Health First England Instructor along with her background in education to deliver relatable high quality training with a difference.

What people say

Kate partnered with the Hospice in developing our network of 18 Mental Health First Aiders. She provided all the learning the group needed over a 2 day course, which was delivered in an exceptional way, receiving 100% overwhelmingly positive feedback from all the participants. Kate has been flexible, highly responsive, and developed a good understanding of working in a Hospice environment, and why the MH First Aid approach was so important to us. Kate’s passion, and knowledge, around mental health and wellbeing is evident. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone thinking about Mental Health First Aid and mental health awareness in their business.

St Mary's Hospice

SO inspirational, an amazing ambassador for mental health and a total inspiration to others!! I would highly recommend Kate to deliver this training, her use of materials & experiences really helps you to understand difficulties and medical diagnosis’s people go though in a non judgmental way. Kate’s empathy for people shone through inspiring and helping me understand things I would not have normally considered or understood! I would highly recommend completing this training, whoever you are, regardless of the industry you work in.
